Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
During peak periods, processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
Estimated Delivery Times
Our products ship directly from our fulfillment partners. Delivery times vary by location:

Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, local courier performance, and external events beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available in the carrier’s system.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders shipped outside of the United States or Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country’s customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. RenewSkin is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:
